Debra Schwartz Inducted as Fellow of Elite College of Labor and Employment Lawyers ... Debra Schwartz, senior partner at TRS, was inducted as a Fellow to the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers. The College was established in 1995 through an initiative of the American Bar Association to promote achievement, advancement and excellence in the practice of labor and employment law. It operates to recognize those attorneys in the United States and Canada, who by long and outstanding service, have distinguished themselves as leaders in the field of labor and employment law. Membership is by invitation only, and only about fifty attorneys across the country are approved for membership each year. Ms. Schwartz, a graduate of the Emory Law School, is in her 26th year of a practice exclusively devoted to labor and employment law. She left the union-side labor and employment law firm of Stanford, Fagan & Giolito to form what is now TRS in 1999, with other seasoned employment lawyers. Among other honors, Ms. Schwartz has been recognized as one of the Top 50 Female Super Lawyers in Georgia.
