We are a small law firm staffed with highly qualified attorneys who have many years of experience in employment and labor law, as well as business immigration law. We pride ourselves in being on the cutting edge of the law in these areas of practice.

We have a large practice representing employees in litigation against corporate employers. We also represent individuals and small businesses that have been sued or need advice in the area of employment law. Each of our attorneys who practice employment law is active in the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA). We are recognized throughout the state for our top quality work on behalf of employees and small businesses in all types of employment litigation.

We also provide consulting services to employers and employees, including drafting or reviewing employment contracts and severance packages, conducting comprehensive audits of employer policies and practices, and conducting internal sexual harassment investigations.

In our immigration practice, we handle all business-related matters, including obtaining temporary work visas and permanent residence visas for individuals based on employer sponsorship and working with employers to verify employment eligibility of employees. We also represent individuals who are interested in applying to become U.S. Citizens and in connection with family-based matters, including cases based on marriage to a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident and the sponsorship of children by a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident. Each of our attorneys who practice immigration law is active in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
